Thank you for visiting the websites, platforms, and services operated by Mood Interior Designs Inc. ("Mood Interior Designs," "Mood," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, digital platforms, content, and services, including but not limited to Mood Interior Designs, Mood Refresh, and Mood Procure (collectively, the "Services").
We know legal documents can feel overwhelming. These Terms are legally binding, but we have aimed to keep them clear and readable. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND MOOD INTERIOR DESIGNS WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
Mood Interior Designs Inc. is a commercial interior design company offering professional design services pursuant to written agreements, as well as digital and advisory tools that support design decision-making.
Our Services may include:

Mood Refresh – a digital, AI-assisted design platform that provides users with a curated Furniture Vision Board, including a visual design concept and a shoppable product list tailored to the user's space, style, and budget.

Mood Procure – an optional procurement service that coordinates ordering, logistics, and post-purchase support for FF&E sourced through Mood.
•
Design advisory or consultation services that are educational and strategic in nature.
•
Informational content, examples, images, and educational resources.
Professional interior design, procurement, and installation services are provided only pursuant to a separate written agreement, such as an engagement letter or proposal. Nothing on our websites or platforms creates an obligation for Mood to perform professional services without a signed agreement.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law or our business operations. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above.
Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have consented to allow any minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision.

You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

You must not transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.

A violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that content you submit (excluding payment information) may be transmitted unencrypted across various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transmission.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission.

You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse our platforms, Furniture Vision Boards, vendor data, or design logic for resale, competitive services, or circumvention of payment obligations.
All content provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only. While we draw on professional experience, content on our websites or platforms should not be relied upon as the sole basis for design, construction, purchasing, or investment decisions.
Any reliance on such content is at your own risk.
Mood Refresh provides users with a Furniture Vision Board, which may include:

A visual design concept
•
A curated product list aligned with stated preferences and budget
•
Downloadable or dashboard-accessible materials
Furniture Vision Boards are conceptual and illustrative. They do not constitute construction documents, architectural plans, or final specifications. Procurement is optional. Users are not required to purchase products, and Mood does not guarantee product availability, pricing stability, or suitability for specific site conditions.
Products shown in Furniture Vision Boards are sourced from third-party vendors. Mood does not manufacture these products and is not responsible for defects, delays, discontinuations, or vendor performance.
If you elect to use Mood Procure, additional procurement terms apply. Mood Procure coordinates ordering, logistics, damage claims, and post-install issues on your behalf, but vendor warranties and limitations remain in effect.
We do not guarantee color accuracy or display consistency across devices.
Mood Refresh may offer pay-as-you-go purchases, subscriptions, or enterprise plans. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled prior to renewal.
Credits or subscriptions may expire as disclosed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Mood does not store full payment credentials.
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. We do not guarantee refunds for unused credits, subscriptions, or completed Furniture Vision Boards, except where required by law.
We may provide access to third-party tools or services "as is" and "as available." We do not control and are not responsible for third-party tools, websites, or services.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms and policies.
If you submit ideas, feedback, or other materials, you grant Mood a non-exclusive, unrestricted right to use such submissions for business purposes without compensation or obligation.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
All Services, including software, design logic, templates, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to Mood Interior Designs Inc.
Users retain ownership of their input data but grant Mood a non-exclusive license to use such inputs solely to operate and improve the Services.
Furniture Vision Boards and generated outputs are licensed to you for internal use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or represent them as proprietary designs.
You are prohibited from using the Services to engage in unlawful conduct, infringe intellectual property rights, submit false information, harass or discriminate, scrape data, interfere with security features, or misuse personal information.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOOD INTERIOR DESIGNS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MOOD INTERIOR DESIGNS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IF LIABILITY IS FOUND, MOOD'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE THE LOWEST AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mood Interior Designs Inc. and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.
These Terms, together with incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mood. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, except where injunctive relief is sought for intellectual property violations. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS. CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR.
